	PP #F3 Sheath Of Roses It is the background in this painting that I believe makes it pleasing. The brush strokes are visible and this creates the illusion and interest in the background. The colours of the roses are quite strong but softer pink roses would also look beautiful
	PP #F4 Thai bowl Of Roses I just love this one! The colours of the roses have been added here and there onto the bowl to make the design softer and more pleasing to the eye. There is only a slight variation in the depth of the rose colours
	PP #F5 Rose Bouquet This piece has been crackled after the painting has been completed. This creates the effect of an aged old artwork.
	PP # F6 Antique Roses In this favourite, the roses are quite transparent so that the darker background colour is part of the shading on the roses.
	PP #F7 Vase of Roses Muted colours, soft pinks, pale green and white are smudged into this large painting. The overall picture is soft and wispy. There is detail on the rose stems and a glass vase.
	PP #F8 Crackled Roses The top coat crackle and the soft colours of these roses combine to create a soft ,muted old world piece.
